Engine cut out for no reason - any ideas?

It was the ECU! I now have a new on fitted and all is well. Thanks all for your help - really appreciated!

Yes - that's the one!! Fuel pipe from pump in tank decided to burst as well in France leaving me stranded by the side of the road. The French were amazing and did everything to help including making up correct pipes and driving them out to me for roadside repair - there must have been 5 mechanics from the local garage all lending assistance - they didn't charge me a penny! It still misses a bit when you put the pedal to the floor so I suspect there is still a loss of fuel pressure - the pump itself? I am certain the pipes are okay now and I did bleed them through.
