Could be Tom mc elhone but can't see the reg enough to make it out

It looks a little like GEU which was over in England, but the angle is really bad.

I first thought it should have been 6TR, based on the locale, but clearly it isn't.

Mmm, I don't have any suggestions. The reg doesn't look similar enough to any of the Irish red cars I know.

Seems to be this car from Eurofest where it was missing the front plate, however you can just about make out the reg (54320?) in the second pic. The sunstrip on the windscreen was the giveaway.
No idea who owns it though.
