That's an interesting piece Al. Hadn't read that before.

So, for the purposes of my little list, can it still be considered to be "On Display"? Just at a new location. ('bout time for a list update, actually)

I assume it is on display in the window/showroom to draw in customers, not that yo would think a room full of Ferraris etc would need it.

Anyone know the back story - who owned it when it was at the Cornish location? is it still the same owner? Did Joe Macari buy it, or borrow it? What is this movie everyone is talking about.

Hi Dermot, which movie?
It's owned i think by the owner of Goldsmiths, as a couple of years ago I was called and asked what I would pay for it, then I got a call from a mechanic who needed parts for fuel system.

I can only assume it's been moved to Macari for resale or something?

They have said it may be for sale soon, I would expect they think it will fetch a fortune being film year and all that....

Finalizing the 2015 edition and need a little help identifying what I think are museums in France and Italy respectively

Do they look familiar to any or our continental cousins:

and one that is supposedly in London, but I'm not sure that it's not a fotoshop
