Currently on Jeremy Vine - all about electric cars and comparing to the DeLorean for some reason.

Jeremy was hopelessly misinformed about just about every point in that segment. The Top Gear columnist was pretty spot on (DeLorean failed due to lack of money to properly develop the car).

One comment was about the Honda clarity from TG being the future of cars (ie Hydrogen fuelled). The fact that the Clarity IS an electric car powered by a fuel cell was omitted.

I really like listening to JV but in this case he had no clue...

and the bloke with the G-Wizz saying "it has passed all the safety tests to allow it on the road" was missing the fact that it's not even classed as a car for that very reason (it can't pass them!)

Now on "listen again"! 0:13.40 onwards is when the DeLorean was mentioned, and 0:27.49 is when Malc Lomas is mentioned
