Dan, for 14 dollars is it really worth trying to find a crossmatch that doesnt always work out?

No I'm just gonna order a pair from Houston because they will be right. I PM'd Stephen on facebook to ask if he can bring them to eurofest to save shipping and tax :)

OK

Made a jig and drilled the shaft for the split pins and fitted the joint.

Very good fit, much tighter in the lower arm than the DMCH. :D

As Phil says theres' no problem with a split pin hole weakening the hold as its above the main part of the nut.

They're 1/2" UNF Dan, just checked the spare stainless nylocks in my shed. :geek:
