Restering the car with the DVLA issues... COC?

Hi guys! Car passes the mot yesterday. I'm now trying to register the cAr but on the form loads of the questions say to get the information from the "certificate of conformity " which I don't have. Can anyone help or does anyone have this document? It's all I need and I can get it going
