In my case the fascia melts above the tailpipes.

No problems at all on my car, there is clearance around the exhaust tips and the fascia.

Perhaps your fascia has warped and it's now sitting lower than normal?

Just to follow up, I will need to either reposition the fascia or Dremel a bit more clearance around the tailpipes as mine is now just about touching on one side...

Very possibly my engine mounts are a bit squidgy tho...?

Cheers

I just left mine, the tips melt the edge of the lip I bit. Once it cools down it goes brittle & you just pull it off. Looks OE once done :D
