Just thought I’d share my thoughts on this product as I just finished installing it.

It arrived a little on the dirty side but nothing a quick clean couldn’t solve. It has a nice brushed finish to it but can be painted as desired. Personally, with an all black interior I like the addition of another color. Installation was super easy and although it comes with a drill bit and screws I found that everything fits in so tight that I really didn’t see the need to secure it. I also chose to rearrange the switch configuration. The whole job took maybe ten minutes. The switches no longer get stuck on the console and the are much better aligned than before.

Overall I’m very pleased with it, and at half the cost of the competition I feel it’s a great value.

I installed mine and I screwed the plate down as well - a small tip (as I had to do it).
- Drill the holes
- take the plate off and screw the screws right down into the plastic - it's a tight fit with the drill bit supplied - as it should be.
- this makes the plate a lot easier to screw home.

very good product - I just had to remove fine flash/sharp edges on the back of the plate - not too bad really - just an OCD thing I guess
