Back windows

So what holds the back windows in ? On one side it looks like I have some small clips around the edge but on the other side I can’t see anything and I can push the front corner in so obviously not secure - and are these windows glass or some sort of Perspex - the reason I ask is that the PO has had them tinted very dark so hard to tell
