Welcome to the BHCC club. Yes chris n should be able to fix that front panel no problem.
Ive just found the original listing. I note they didnt state its mechanically sound so be warned, the engine may be seized. However, the engine bay looks pretty decent. I would advise changing them fuel lines.
Rear lights whilst faded are a simple fix. You can buy some paint from deloreango, so a cheap and easy fix.
Looks like a new fuel pump and other bits there will be ordered soon along with a tank cleanout.
Looks like the front suspension will need a good seeing too aswell.
Those look like original goodyear tyres too. They will need to go.
All in all, it looks to be a decent project. Hopefully the engine will be ok and i wish you luck. Any questions etc and we will help the best we can
