I believe that there are some companies that will accept non-runners for RORO. My own car was towed on and towed off due to flat battery.

If the car is untowable and a complete wreck with no brakes or steering then yes it would necessitate a container.

Mine was a non-runner and travelled in steerage (ro-ro). But it was able to roll and stop, and this was 2004 so things might have changed

After what seemed forever it arrived this week! Its settling in well with its new room mates!

Apart from running over a few of the basics, and pulling the old fuel pump out etc I've not done much. The roof box, and chassis is like new. Some of the suspension components will need the surface rust sorting, the interior needs cleaning, new door interiors, seals, carpets cleaning and the front wing repairing. My plan is to have the seats restored but for now I'm just going to work on the mechanics. Ohh and sort the eyebrows out when the bumpers are repainted!
