New Club T shirts on ebay not on the forum

Hello all I have put some Delorean T shirts on Ebay, these arent on the club merchandise as I am going to see how they go ! If anyonewants anything for Christmas let me know, I can personalise anything just email me. If you want to have a look the links are

I'm sure Julian can go into the ins and outs of this, but putting the letters "dmc" in a particular font on a t shirt is not part of the DMCH copyright (as far as I know) - plus it's only a one off. Although certainly if we as a club were going to be making a batch of these we would certainly consult with DMCH first, out of courtesy if nothing else.

As far as I am aware - the "logo" is the one listed here: viewtopic.php?f=98&t=527 - and it is that (with the lines/border) that is a copyrighted logo, that would require permission/licensing. Typing letters in a particular typeface is not subject to copyright (I think... - i am simplified/generalising a bit)

And as for the "side stripe" one - at least two I know of have sold already. I think the credit for the idea goes to Carl!

if i was you if there is anyithink to be asked then just drop a e mail the steve w and ask him if its ok his nice bloke then you know were you stand if anythink was wroung as i can remeber when some one in another club got invloved with photos now him and steve do not talk thats why steve supprortd our club really

Haha Thanks, but I only thought of the idea as a design for a cap. Maria deserves the credit for bringing it to life in all its awesomeness!!

Loving all of those designs Maria, especially the "flux inside" pure comedy gold! May have to put one of those on my Christmas list!

Also, think you've got the balance and approach spot on, very geek chic and doing it with style!
