This was posted over at DMCTalk, taken at Hempstead Valley Mall in Gillingham supposedly.
Is there another BTTF3 replica roaming the land apart from the lovely one at COTS in Cumbria. I thought all the free-range ones were BTTF I replicas (Keith (x2), Brian, Lord Nik)

No 'supposedly' about it. The Mall had a Festival of Transport in September, including Chitty Chitty and DelBoy's Robin Reliant. Found this one on their Facebook page also

It's the same car! The Cars of the Stars museum do trailer it around for shows etc.
