Can anyone in the Kent Area check out a car for me (not DMC)

For anything else not specifically DeLorean related....

Can anyone in the Kent Area check out a car for me (not DMC)

Postby jamesrguk » Sat Apr 16, 2011 5:46 pm

Hi all,

I have a car I'm thinking of buying off eBay and I wondered if there might be anyone in the Chatham, Kent area who would be able to have a quick look at it.

The seller mentioned it sounded a little 'Tappety' and it would be useful to know if it's knackered before I drive all the way to Kent to look/purchase.

Perhaps we could start a section of the forum for checking out cars across England lol

Fairly sure there's not anyone here that lives close to there, the closest being Martin, TT, Dan, etc - i.e. nowhere near.

It's close to Thong though, if anyone fancies a drive out!

No Jane insists that it has to be reliable as it's replacing our daily driver, also I think anouther DeLorean would break me both mentally and financially!

I've managed to ghet hold of Dan now so hopefuly he is going to have a poke around.

It's nothing too exciting, it's only replacing our Ford Fiesta.

......anyone want to buy a Silver 52'plate, 86'000mile Ford Fiesta 5-door? ;)
