So whats the story behind this then i hear you ask, well Mr Dan Stacey has a big part to play in this ;)
He spotted this yellow regal saloon on one of the facebook pages, for sale as spares or repair, the guy who had it was also restoring a supervan and used the chassis off this one as it was better than his van one and the rest of the bits are still on it, so its a massive parts shop for me and my van, the regal was located in Gloucester so around 3 hours from me in Essex, so last night me and Dan went on another epic roadtrip to go and get it ...

So there we have it, as much as i hate to do it this old regal is gona be stripped for bits and then i should have pretty much everything i need to complete my van

Ive been doing some more fibreglass so i will update with some pics soon :thumbsup:

Your more than welcome matey, any time. I think I should start up a recovery business, you'd be my most regular customer ;)

What better way to spend a friday night, getting home in the early hours of saturday? Down the pub??..... no, driving 350 miles with a trailer to collect a knackered old 3 wheeler and towing it back to essex :lol: ;)

The chassis that the saloon came with wasnt really salvageable as previously mentioned the guy i bought the saloon off used the original saloon chassis to use on his van project so i harvested the van specific bits off this one to use on my chassis ...
