Picked this up in Smyths this morning. I didn’t even know this was coming out. It’s great. Makes a diorama of the clock tower scene. Even has Biff! I ended up buying the Playmobil BTTF Delorean as well which I had resisted buying previously as let’s face it , it is a child’s toy, a young child at that, but You need it to complete this scene.
Toy manufacturers seem to be reviving BTTF this year.
Even Scalextric . They launched the BTTF Delorean earlier this year which is an awesome model. (I don’t consider Scalextric a toy) so had no qualms with that one.
I wonder how many of these advent calendars will actually be chosen by children? Not a hint of anything festive there either!
I will console myself with the fact that it is a collectors piece - not an infants toy. I will still have a chocolate advent calendar but it will provide a bit of levity at crimbo.

Says the one driving around with a teddy in his car :)

Each to their own.

The world is in chaos, the outlook is bleak, we are into lockdown again, US elections are dire, folk are scared, weather is crap,

For less than a quid a day to have a bit of joy/memory of a classic film on the run up to Christmas which for many will be lonely and hard, what's the harm.
