Hi James,

Sorry to hear the DVD is not working? That's possible, some players have trouble with recorded DVD's and this due to the different formats: DVD-R & DVD+R. Mine is recorded in DVD-R as this should be the most compatible format.

Does it freeze on certain images or can't recognise the disc?

Tips you can do: copy (if you can) the DVD to a DVD-R format or if that doesn't work, try a DVD+R disc.

And if anything else fails: let me know and I'll make you a fresh one from the original mastertape.

Ok then i will do what i can to get it working, on my DVD player the disk stops in some areas if all fails then i will inform you.
