I've just booked for the Tourette meister and myself and they are sending confirmation to my e-mail address. I've been discussing this with Tony about how we're gonna get there, and I'm still angling towards flying. Whats the plan with the cars?? are we doing a group booking on the ferry or what?

Once we know exactly who is going we could do a group booking, I did look at flying but wanted to drive my car around the test track..at least then I can say I have done it and so has the car.

I am assuming most of us will do Holyhead - Thursday afternoon crossing, back on Sunday early afternoon. It's too early to book that route though - the timetable's not done.

Based on this years pricing stenaline said a group booking would work out £190 return for a car plus 2. At the end of this month they will confirm prices for next year

Just got my event registration confirmation email today. For those that haven't done it just a reminder that you have to book a hotel (no upfront payment, just a card) AND register for the event (£100 Paypal paid now), then you will get a Paypal confirmation, a email from Rob Lamrock, and a confirmation from the hotel only if you ask for it.

I'll be driving the DeLorean from Colchester, I'm tempted to make a bit of a road trip and set up camp in Wales before hitting the ferry the following day, pretty extreme stuff.

I think we might also tour down to Cork after the event and make a real trip of it.

Last Eurotec I went to in NI in 2001 I ended up in a fetish night club with several loud Americans, it was awsome.
