#FINISHED - 2011 DeLorean EuroTec Weekend - 24th June 2011

Comedown from March-tec is seriously kicking in now. So glad I've got the full Eurotec event to look forward to!

My current plan is to leave on a wednesday night (if work allows) to take a night ferry from the Hook, and afterwards return on a sunday by Eurostar. That would allow me maximum enjoyment of thursday through sunday while having a good rest and relaxation/short holiday in Sunny Hunny. The advantage of taking the Eurostar on the return trip would be flexibility of travel times, since the ferry to the Hook only goes on 8am (seriously NOT an option) or 10pm (and wasting the sunday).

This weekend I will be booking the trip. I know everybody is preparing for Eurofest, but i'd like to know if others are coming from the mainland, maybe we can share.

So far the only person confirmed that I can think of is Ed and his gang. But he will come (probably late) on the Friday - I seem to remember you were thinking of getting here earlier (like Thursday?). There are lots and lots of people here on the Thursday night.

Oh i am not worried about the UK folk.

And yes I plan to be there from thursday afternoon onwards. I am just trying to motivate other mainland folks to join in on the talks, it is a hard job. probably because all are spending most of their holiday allowance on eurofest.
