Forgive my ignorance but what is the significance of the b28e motor over the b28f motor?

+1, if your going for a bit more power but want to maintain original look then the Volvo engine is the way to go.

I've often thought about ditching the PRV all together, but I don't think I could live with having to explain that it's not the original engine etc... whenever I find myself at a car show.

The Volvo setup is effectivly what went in to the limited number of 'Euro-Spec' DeLoreans so really you are staying true to the original design.

Today I got quite a bit of work done on the car to prep it for tomorrow. In order...
Removed engine cover
Removed louvre
Removed rear fascia (in the process undoing the engine cover latch assembly, I remember it took me and Dan ages setting it up last time... uurgh)
Removed oil filter
Removed starter motor
Removed exhaust
Removed alternator (sheared off bracket bolt, oops)
Removed intake assembly (airbox, ram horns, venturi, fuel dizzy - lost fuel banjo screw - oops)
Removed RHS rocker cover to clean up for tomorrow

That little lot took me all day.

Lets hope things go a bit quicker tomorrow :D

Good riddens a lot of work there Gez,

But my heart skipped a beat when you said you removed the RHS rocker cover only when I've just managed to get it leak-free.. But don't worry the best of the best are coming to fix it all!

Just don't let TT install a turbo

I would have drained the oil today but didn't have the right size square socket. Fortunately Al is bringing one tomorrow!
