I'd like to a have 2/69 screw insert but there's nothing on ebay right now.

Yep, it's rivet nuts :) It's labelled as a nut sert tool on the pdf.

Just be careful of any wiring looped down behind the carpet at the point of where your drilling, Ive heard of one guy who just happened to catch a wire in that area :roll:
