You are both very welcome and thank you for coming and of course supporting us again for next years event.

On a personal note, I am also very greatful for your time (in the thunder and rain!) to fix my little mishap that happened on the way to Norfolk.... it not nice seeing your pride and joy dented by an exploding pallet !

Once again it was great to see you both again and it would be good to have something organised your way in the meantime... perhaps a 'Restore Pilot 19 party' :)

Kind Regards

Mike and #2001 :)

PJ Grady (Europe) wrote:Just a quick note to everyone to say thank you for a great weekend - with special thanks to Arran, Bozzy and everyone else who played a part in arranging a great event....it's the only time of the year Pilot 20 get's a runout!

PJ Grady will definately be there to support 2010 - and next time we'll be bringing Pilot 19 and Pilot 20 together, which will be the first time these 2 pilots have been in the same place together since 1983.

Kudos again to the organisers....

I know some people managed to set up their engines correctly, which I'm sure mine could do with. My other car was running well though - well at least until Al took it out for a spin

Ah....I cant deny it was me driving it...Andy Verbrugghe was egging me on though!

Also did anyone get any pics of the impromptu and unrehearsed singalong of "500 miles" which Brian happened to have the words too?, I think Claudia was singing along too, she was definitely singing to " I am a Cider Drinker " though...

Possibly the Belgians may have filmed it

Hi-ya every body, I just wanted to say what a fantastic weekend!!! I know I only came up for the one night but I’m glad I had the opportunity to introduce my daughter to you all. I would like to say a big thank you to Aaron and his Staff for a hosting yet again another fantastic event, I would also like to say a big thank you to Sally and Sam for looking after Little Em for me because she would rather hang out with the girls than her old man!!!
If any members in future are away at club events and get lonely in there hotel room of an evening, the club do provide merchandise than could be beneficial to this problem, for a small fee you could purchase a ‘Travel Tony’ directly from the club, although it is not interactive it does make a muiwing noise if used hard enough just like the real thing!!!
