I Suppose the Dates are for January 2014?
I may be in Stuttgart around those dates and may drop by for a couple of hours to meet you guys;)

I figured out is is on Febuary so What are my choices if I can only attend one or two days out of the total?

I am 90% percent in. But will not be able to stay all 3 days. Will sit for one full day.
All depends om a final arrangement I have in Germany.

Just had a quick look. This seems to be the cheapest I can find, from Luton.

An astra sized car is about £160 for the 3 days.

We are flying out from Gatwick on Thursday night landing at 22:00 ish, may stay round Geneva Thursday night, unless others will be in Vevey partying late.

Flying back at 17:00 ish on Sunday.

There is a potential way to get the car hire much much cheaper. More details if it works when I book ours, might do that later this week.

If anyone else is flying similar times (or early Friday) we could potentially car share, maybe get a seven seater if anyone wants to?
