OK - it's looking good. I'm guessing here, but I think we're looking at a mini meet in Oct, and a Medium meet in June.
Dates available in Oct are 18th or 25th - or the 1st Nov. Any probs with any of these dates?

Prices for "off season" will be in the region of £30 per person per night sharing (inc breakfast), plus meals. So a typical couple will be looking at less than £100 per person for a weekend with all meals. Does that sound doable? Accommodation is "basic".... - but it's nice big tarmac car park.

We could do one in March with enough interest too.

Any problems with any dates in June? It will be more money I think.
