OK - there is currently one room left, but hotel is selling it too, so if you want to book let me know quick.

Food is as follows:

Friday night 7:30. £11 per person - choice of Scampi, Steak&Ale Pie, Veggie Lasagne, followed by a dessert. They will ask you at check-in what you want.

Saturday night 7:30. £15 per person. Buffet style Lasagne, Chicken Curry, Wedges, Coleslaw etc., plus dessert.

It is assumed that if you're staying that night then you're eating. But if you're not going to be just let them know when you get there (or let me know if you want). I already know mec is eating on Friday night as well even though he's not staying. These amounts should just appear on your bill.

Breakfast is included each morning anyway.

I have told them to keep the bar open to at least 1am each night,

The basic plan for Saturday is:

10am-11am – drive around the Sandringham Estate and Anmer and/or maybe a walk for those that are interested – or mess about with cars if you prefer
11:30 – leave for lunch. Either at http://www.sculthorpemill.com/ or http://back-to-the-garden.co.uk/ (both on the A148, both with big car parks) - I will check them out soon
1:30 – shopping in Holt: http://www.tournorfolk.co.uk/holt.html - Holt is one of those quirky pretty Norfolk villages with little shops. It is not easy to park, and won't be free.
3:30 – Bowling in Fakenham (free parking): http://www.fakenhamsuperbowl.co.uk/
5:15 - back and start drinking.

All of which is optional - would be good to know how interested everyone is about going out / going out for lunch.

Kerri has again asked me to warn you that the hotel is not the Ritz. But it is cheap and friendly!

Here is the map. The 1 hour 42 time is not correct! Holt is maybe 30 mins away though if you drive slow.

Yep, that's basically all of Friday, and all morning on Saturday. If we do lunch just up the road then there's always the option to come straight back for those that don't want to shop. Nothing on that list is that far away.

Thank you Arran for arranging everything. Can't believe that it's only a couple of weeks away now. Looking forward to catching up with everyone

I was hoping to come along to this at some point over the weekend but the V55/5 seems a long time coming so may not be registered in time. Be nice to meet a few of you and get a first ride out in the car.

Trevor.
