Yep, just need to get around to sorting it. If you're coming put it in here and then at least we've got an idea of numbers of people we need to place. I think we'll be able to accommodate at least 6 rooms in walking distance, but it may make more sense to use the Best Western 3 miles down the road and organise a couple of taxis back each night.

Technically there may be one room left here at the main hotel anyway, and there are bound to be cancellations - we just need to plan a way of dealing with all this. There is still plenty of time. If you want to come we will accommodate you. 8*-)
