Just to confirm, the main hotel is now full, with 38 of us taking up all of the rooms.

That won't stop you being able to come though. I'm just checking with everyone that has booked if there are any cancellations, I have at least 3 rooms on a waiting list, then I will confirm prices and availability with the reserve hotel - about 3 miles away. For those that end up booking in there, once we've sorted it out, we'll arrange late night transport for those that would like a drink.

If you haven't yet booked and are thinking about coming / want to come, please let me know and I will get you on my official list.
