MarchTec 2015

Postby A Van » Tue Oct 21, 2014 8:48 pm

After the hugely successful weekend just gone, which was only 48 hours ago......

Carl just mentioned MarchTec.... Which has set me thinking... If demand is there we could do it?

Back at the Ffolkes as well

Who's in dependent on final dates etc?

Fast work Al!! Yes 100% Laura and I would be in!

If I'm right in thinking, these mini meets started as a result of the hugely successful Eurotec events. Judging by the response of this weekend, I'm sure we could gather another big crowd for March.

What did everyone think about The Ffolkes Arms in general? I thought the rooms were nice and clean, good sized bathroom, HUGE car park, nice bar and restaurant and great breakfast. The evening food selection was a tad hit and miss but otherwise nice enough. Overall, a very good venue though.

Would be more than happy with this venue again in March (and not just because I live down the road from it) lol ;)

Yep I think the demand is there.

Ref the food Carl - really it's just up to us to dictate what we want. I just took at stab at it and told them to keep the cost and choices down to save time/money. Which part was the hit and/or miss? For me the dessert was a bit pointless, but the main on Saturday was the winner for me, and a great price.
Any ideas as to which way was best most welcome - and it will be done :) They are pretty easily persuaded ;)

Yes count me in if it's mid March on. I had a great time catching up again.

The place is spot on for what is paid and the bar area is nice. The people make the event and that's the main thing :D
