It's 100% not too late Alan, the reason it's shows booked is because the rooms have been block booked by Eurofest

Alistair has got it absolutely right - there are plenty of rooms still available at the Europa Hotel!
Eurofest has block booked a significant number of rooms for attendees hence it is coming up fully booked through agencies like Booking.com.
To avail of the specially discounted rates you must contact the Europa Hotel directly and ask for reservations department and quote the special ID booking reference. These discount rates are not available through 3rd party hotel booking sites.
