I managed to mess up booking the Europa so haven't got a room there for Saturday and they are currently sold out.

I have a contingency plan booked nearby, which I can cancel until the day, so if anyone happens to be cancelling a roomat the Europa, please let me know so I can try and book it.

Looking good for the convoy. It will be just me in the car going up, as Sarah is flying over Friday evening.

1 seat fitted back in the car tonight... 1 to go.

Hi Nigel - I've edited the list slightly so yes - sorry I assumed you'd drive up the A41 all the way. Not entirely sure where the best place to meet that way is yet - that's 3 cars we're picking up there - Junction 15 area would be ideal.
I'll be making some final tweaks to the list and timings next week anyway.

Folks my plans for Eurofest are more social and informal as I will be in Holland working Mon-Wed but have arranged my flight back late Wed night. I have holidays booked from work Thurs-Mon. Only recently had these confirmed so will miss the formal events that needed registration.

Will be good to see you all again!

just read the e-mail. There's gonna be charge on parking at the venue, which I don't believe has happened before, mind you, last time I drove was 2001 to be fair. I don't mind paying out, but the food wants to exquisite
