I feel the same, I love the idea of meeting up with everyone, going away and having a laugh on the weekend, it's just the 'delorean' element that's making me apprehensive

Ok, if there is still room, I'd like to come.
I've held off committing as my life is all over the place, but, I've spoken to my brother about coming along, he's keen but wanted me to clarify some of the costs.....
Hotels (2/3 nights?)?
Ferry crossing costs?
Event fees?
Anyone worked it all out? Cheers guys.

Mike's links are pretty good :) - Last time we went via Holyhead and managed a decent convoy of cars (12+) - this year the consensus seems to be to get the overnight ferry from Liverpool - hopefully not affecting the convoy numbers too much.
suggestion is we take the overnight ferry from Liverpool Weds eve 22.00 and arrive in Belfast 06.30 Thursday
Sunday we leave either the same time 22.30 to arrive Liverpool 06.30 Monday , or the earlier one at 10.30am Sunday and get into Liverpool 18.30 Sunday.

Here was the route from 2011: viewtopic.php?f=32&t=2011 - I don't see why the general route would change much - other than going to Liverpool instead of that turn-off to Wales. We met your fellow west-country chum Tom at point "C" - presume we'd try and do something similar again this time.

Just checking that's £115 registration per person?

My, Julian and Alistair have all booked on this ferry just now as it seems to be cheap at the moment.
Depart Liverpool Wednesday 25th May 22:30 - arriving in Belfast on the Thursday morning.
Depart Belfast Sunday 29th May 22:00 - arriving in Liverpool on the Monday morning.

£238 return for 1 person 1 car.
(Plus £110 return for a cabin for up to 4 people if you're doing the overnight crossing - i.e. potentially £27.50 each, return)

Hi Kate and I have just been looking into this and found that Tesco club card boost is worth a look at if anyone has them. They are giving you £30 for every £10 worth of points for Stena line. Not sure exactly what the conditions are yet as we're going to properly look into it tomorrow. Just didn't want anybody to miss out in case there is a saving to be made.

Sorry looks like Tesco vouchers cannot be used on Liverpool to Belfast route.

I just booked the Stella Line ferry 22.30 25th May for me and Carol, just the one way for now as we are touring Southern Ireland for a bit after the event.
Looking forward to it!

Cheers !
