- Last time we went via Holyhead and managed a decent convoy of cars (12+) - this year the consensus seems to be to get the overnight ferry from Liverpool - hopefully not affecting the convoy numbers too much.
suggestion is we take the overnight ferry from Liverpool Weds eve 22.00 and arrive in Belfast 06.30 Thursday
Sunday we leave either the same time 22.30 to arrive Liverpool 06.30 Monday , or the earlier one at 10.30am Sunday and get into Liverpool 18.30 Sunday.

viewtopic.php?f=32&t=2011 - I don't see why the general route would change much - other than going to Liverpool instead of that turn-off to Wales. We met your fellow west-country chum Tom at point "C" - presume we'd try and do something similar again this time.
