So the BIG question is, is Eurotec still happening now this poxy lockdown has been extended ???

In theory yes we can still gather outside in the car park unless there’s a limit to how many people they allow?
Then I presume we would all have to sit in groups of 6 indoors, with table service. I guess the only problem would be finding a restaurant that could accommodate a large group of us on Friday night and Saturday lunchtime?

Ultimately the hotel have the final say if they are happy for us to do that? Surely they wouldn’t want to lose the revenue it would bring in?

Or one of us could get married and hold the reception at The Dragonfly with unlimited guests.

Haha very true Carlos, I think Arbuckles is open again now so i assume they could accommodate us ?

I dont see why arbuckles couldnt. Everytime we've been there we tend to have that whole back area to ourselves anyway. So even if we have to split up, there will likely be plenty of room

We're a week away from this event and I'm really looking forward to it. I was wondering if we will be re-establishing the Southern Convoy with pick-ups en route? What do those of you to whom this is relevant think?
