The glue-on outer door seals used to be ridiculously expensive from DMC, so as part of DMCL (when it existed), I put some time into having replacements made in tear-resistant silicone after a suggestion from Rich Johnstone who'd seen a company called Viking Extrusions at a trade show who specialise in small quantities (ie less than a kilometre at a time!!!) of silicone extrusions. The originals often look awful because over time they shrink and pull away, get hard and tear.
The result is a seal that looks 100% original, made to a copy of the original shape that is almost impossible to damage unless you attack it with something sharp. They won't dry out and they won't peel away. I also supply a cartridge of special silicone adhesive and instructions. All you need is a sharp pair of scissors and a caulking gun. A tip for cleaning the old gunk off is to use paint stripper!
I'm almost out of my last batch, and I need some more for the cars I'm doing in the near future, so I'd be happy to offer a specail price of £50 delivered for a full set with adhesive. I deal direct with Viking and have them made in 100m or 200m batches at a time, as well as boxes of 12 cartridges of adhesive at a time, so it's a fair bit of investment.
NB these are the OUTER seals, not the clip-on inners - the best inners come from Ed in Holland.
