WTB - Autobox Parts, perhaps

No worries I have a spare box that works but the pump is noisy, can easily rob bits off it for you if needed.

In the U.S. you have a european car(s) that are bagded up as either an Eagle Premier, or a Dodge Monaco. the same vehicle is badge up as a Renault 25 in Europe. It will definately have the PRV mounted, so the chances are, as I know you Americans get confused when it comes to driving 'stick shift' that they will be fitted with the '4141' automatic gearbox, it is the same trans axle gearbox, the only difference is the differential is 'arse about face', but that can easily be corrected, just an option if you could source it locally

seriously Jay, though, I have seen a couple of Premiers down the scrapyard. (some use them as a source for 3.0L PRV upgrades, but leave the box behind. Both have been 130,000+ miles on them, so the box would be a bit of an unknown quantity. The 'yards here are DIY type places, so it would be a PITA to liberate one and find out that it was scrap. But I have been keeping an eye out as they only ask a couple of hundred bucks for one.

(Here's the last one I saw, back in january)

The same yard also had this little beauty - very rare over here, actually sold as the Renault LeCar. Never seen one on the road.

Haha I never knew you had those over there, never seen one on my visits.

Love the jacks too :D Better than dumping them on thr ground so you can't get to any of the parts underneath as they do at my local yard. I once had to get an exhaust off and they had also put another car on the roof of it but I jacked it up anyway thinking if the top one goes it will fall away from me

Why change the name Renault 5 to Le Car ??

No wonder they weren't popular in the US ;)

Those wheels must be some type of early hover conversion :)
