We would recommend the lower / stiffer front springs listed here: viewtopic.php?f=66&t=617 and on http://www.delorean.co.uk/parts.html
For the rears - the stock spring is fine.

Personally I would also recommend that this kit is fitted to your car, if you havent already done so .
