Engine block, coffee table project?

I'm having a clear out as I am getting overrun with bits of engines in my quest to build a working engine for my car.

This engine block has rot around where number 3 liner sits. The rot is behind the oil filter and has eaten part of the liner seat as seen in pic 3. You might get a liner to seal, but it would be a very weak point. Therefore I think this would only be usful for making into a top gear style coffee table. If anyone wants it then please PM me. Other than the rot shown, the rest of the block apears to be fine, even in the valley.

Ladies and Gentlemen I present to you...………….

DMC 13 :)

It came up really well, amazed It was just sand blasted. I didn't see the point in painting once I saw it and some of the detail would have been lost.

Its upside down from what I had originally planned as I didn't see that lug which would stop the glass sitting level.

Some hot glue worked wonders.....

Many thanks to Dan for selling me the block for a VERY good price including postage.
