Stick it on quick wash with a lemon sliced in 2 in afterwards works wonders.

We have the same dishwasher btw :)

Good idea! Will you be up and running for Octobers Eurotech?

I am hoping to pop the motor and trans back in next week!

Didn’t work for me, I tried everything going, it just slowly got less noticeable over time

Not a chance.... Haven't slid the chassis back under the tub yet.... Took a break for a few weeks as it was doing my head in :)

That does sound like a good reason for a catch up at long last.

I have been slowly dressing the engine with new vac and fuel lines etc. I still need to sort the throttle bracket with a mod or return to Volvo but have popped it on for a test.

Also cleaned up the relays and fitted new fuses and am now chasing earths. I also have a monster fuel leak from the filter lower fitting despite using ptfe tape etc. More jobs for this week. Positive news is the engine now turns over on the key and there is power at the coil!
