Might be worth getting another reading once the engine is fully warm or test/ clean the injectors like I did on Dans.

I need to fix my injector tester but I need new o rings for it :(

Yeah you are probably right, the engine was not properly warmed up. If it was good enough for the MOT, i am not going to bother to be honest.

i do want to buy new injectors one of these days, but i've changed priorities to the windscreen and the seats.

Almost a year has passed, it was time to review my todo-list

RobvdVeer wrote:In preparation for winter I've made an unsorted lists of things to do.

I thing I'll be busy!

now updated:

- Replace clutch line (ordered) (DONE)
- Drain and refill engine oil (DONE)
- Replace oil pressure sender (DONE)
- Replace clutch slave cylinder (DONE)
- Clean out VOD (DONE)
- Replace LH valve cover gasket (DONE)
- Replace flexi brake lines (DONE)
- Install convex mirrors (DONE)
- Repair left hand lower door trim (DONE)
- Repair door strut brackets (DONE)
- Replace escrutcheons (DONE)
- Replace vacuum hoses (DONE)
- Replace all water hoses with silicone ones (DONE)
- Replace wheel bearings (front first) (DONE)
- Install new fuel pump boot and cover (DONE)
- Clean up radio wiring (take out the old connectors) (DONE)

Apart from the old list i've done some more stuff, not mentioned on this list.

So what's left from the old list is:
- Install inertia switch
- Repair remote door lock module
- Clean carpets by taking them out
- Clean up seat rails
- Remove old smelly stuffy broken foam in the rear parcel shelf
- Install some basic sound proofing in back wall, firewall and parcel shelf
- Maybe i will even be able to replace the windscreen in spring! (yes I smartly planned that *after* all work is done)

And then I have:
- Fix seat covers
- Clean up the SS panels
- Fix/replace exhaust tips

Planning winter jobs on the car.

You've heard me rant on the seat covers in another topic, i won't repeat it here.

Then there's the lefthand side drop glass section, that has been heavily scratched because the PO didn't bother to put the window back into the tracks properly, and still using it. Needless to say the window motor is end-of-live because of the hard work it must have put into it. Until now it never bothered me, because the AC is not working and that makes me drive with the window rolled down.

I have previously remove the glass section, it's a bitch to get it right, but with patience is can be done. So I need a drop glass and a new window motor.

The question is this: how is the glass window attached to the brackets and what must be done to replace it?
