I wonder, at what age it'll fall apart.

Anyway, the challenge to get this car done continues. I'm done putting up the budget. Facker should be freaking finished by the end of 2034.

Very prophetic, thank you. Almost like any other dooms-day scenario.

Went to DMC-EU yesterday with oliebollen and cappucino, saw the powersteering car at the premises!

Bit the bullet and got myself a delayed christmas present: New seat covers and floor mats.

It will take some time before i get them installed, i hope to make pictures of the process.

I've found these written instruction on how to recover the seats. Courtesy of Wayne Ernst.

I can remember there being another PDF which had pictures, but i cannot find it. It was on DMCTalk i think.

Now, there we are. June 2013. I am still in the recovery process and i missed out on an increasing number of important events. First there was the last Eurotec at Caley Hall that i missed last year. Then came the excellent Silvercoast, and I even missed out on the Swedish event that Eva and Reine hosted.

Closer to home, there sits (yet again after so many years) a restored DeLorean vin 3695 under a dust cover and trickle charger, with new seat covers laying on the workbench, and all i can do is walk for 10 minutes before needing a rest...

Fuck.
