I'm not flying, I'm updating the control system that prevents the runway from flooding. . !

I love the smell of jet fuel and the heat from the engines ;)

Cool job!
Real fan here of commercial aircrafts.. Once had 2000 models.. Guess that makes me super geek in here:p

But... That is all I get, it idles up to 1700 rpm and dies over and over. Now I my idle motor seems to dead. Could that be the main cause?

Do as I put on this post, but on yours, remove the idle motor and block both of the pipes individually. Screw the lower throttle stop in about 8 turns to give it a high idle to get the engine running. You can always reduce this down to give an idle of about 800-900 rpm.
If this works then at least the car is drivable and you can eliminate each part of the engine etc. ...

Thanx ab. I'll give that a go.
Just to give you a bigger picture I do not have the exhausts installed yet so no data going in the ecu from either oxygen or lamda sensors.
Also I a running a volvo configuration.

What I get is a a couple good start ups and then it's dead no matter how long I try.
After letting it rest for 5 minutes it gives me another 2 goes like that.

It's like it gets fuel from the start up valve and then the metering head is not supplying.

Do the injector spray pattern test to see if fuel does come out of the injectors

Injectors were cleaned and tested yesterday at a Bosch shop. Those work fine and I am getting fuel to the hoses but don't know if the head is giving enough. Will check as well. Cheers

I think i got a too much fuel issue. I increased the idle screw like you suggested it gives a few more pops and dies. After 3-4 tries no go. And the place smells like fuel. I believe the metering head needs calibrating..

Did you do a fuel pressure test?

The fueling may be off. Ideally do as Rob says if you can. You will have to get someone to creak the engine while you adjust the fueling at the metering head using a long 3mm Allen (hex) key.
If you are on your own, screw the adjustment no more than one turn at a time max but record where you started from.
