Bolt the injectors to the fuel lines first. Use a spanner on the injector and a socket on the banjo bolt. Use a torque wrench and tighten to 12ft lb / 15nm.

Ideally user new washers, but If you need to reuse your original ones as an emergency, heat the old washer in a bunsen flame to a dark red the immediately drop it in oil or water. ..

What size washers? Do I get them at a DIY store or a car parts specialist? How about the hollow bolts, do I need new ones? I've got 2 spares from when I did the VOD. I know they snap easily.

EDIT:
Thanks.
Thanks!
Thank you
and awesome, thanks.

Order a complete set from Ed to be safe;) or you need a specialty store that sells high pressure hydraulics.

The 1€ is the least of your troubles when snapping that bolt....
Think of all the bloody effort to extract it... Been there done that...

Today I decided to turn over the car once more, it's been 3 months ago. After 2 primes from the pump she fired right up, no stalling or such nonsense.

Too cold to work on the injectors and fuel lines. No energy either. I guess it'll have to wait until 2015. :text-imnewhere:
