Today I managed to swap out 6 of the 7 HT leads for my D. I couldn't do all of them because one seems to be misplaced somewhere... Things get lost in 3 years apparently.

I was able to gain sufficient access by removing the ram horns head and lifting the fuel distributor high enough to get my hands in. I'd rather just removed the whole damn thing but I want to test the injectors first before moving on to swapping the fuel lines.

It felt good tinkering a bit. My back is shot but hey, I can lay me down on the couch for the remainder of the day so who cares.

Big screwdriver holding up the fuel mixture unit so I have two free hands to reach the frontmost distributor plugs.

The blue tieraps are 'reminders'. They tell me i have to connect/tighten these later on.

I was a bit angry because of the missing 6th HT lead, but i can only blame myself for not counting them earlier. I counted 6 but i forgot about the coil lead. Nothing else but leaving the 6th cylinder connected with the old one.

On a different subject why is it so hard to shop for a proper fire extinguisher? All i can find is basic powder but that fucks up the electrics and causes rust damage. i just need a canister of 'sproeischuim'.
