I'd like to put vented on mine sometime. Those solid ones are so susceptible to fading big time :roll:

My braking system was shot so I totally rebuilt it, everything was replaced or rebuilt made the world of difference :D

I don't think Ed sells his vented disc kits any more tho...

Does the method of plugging in connector and soldering work Dave?

Nothing wrong with a well made crimp :)
Soldering the end will just heat up the plastic of the fusebox!

Well thats what I thought, but the 'guidelines' that come with the fusebox suggest to solder

that's what i was thinking after seeing the space I've got to work with. I've already soldered the wires to new female spades. I was now just thinking of slapping some dielectric grease on the end and pushing it onto the fusebox male spade. It's also about space available to get the iron in to solder the connections, also without melting the plastic.
