I need to sort out my torque converter/gearbox woes, carburetor set up and get this thing on the road!!!

I thought you sorted out the gearbox problems Matt??? and whats wrong with the torque convertor??

I think the problems are gearbox or torque converter and the power is better with the filter cleaned but still too much slipping. When I have the funds I will be contacting your source to erradicate the issue.

Get another one, barn find perhaps, something to set your teeth in, exploit that experience and skills you've acquired. Oh and get TT to build you a turbo.
