i know what you mean Matt, sometimes you just need to get the car out of your life for a while. i've been in a similar mind for some time now and fortunatley in my case its nothing to do with money rather the car is sometimes a burden i could do without.

i remember years ago i had a 924 and the relief when i got rid of it. best decision i ever made.

8 years plus since I first brought mine in from Florida ,restored it and used it for 6 1/2 years . Decided I wanted something else as I lost the love. It's just how it is and lets be honest does it really matter , I think not . After all it's just a car and as far as I'm aware being enjoyed by Lewis ,that's what it's all about TT :)

Desperate to get back on the road in a D but as you have said, it is a luxury, not a priority.

Miss all you guys though

Sorry to hear that Matt, but I don't blame you wanting rid of it, its hard keeping up enthusiasm for a project for that long isn't it.

Good luck mate.

More need than want at the minute Dan. Likely situation if this does sell is I buy another "complete" car and get back in the groove.

Good luck with this Matt... was looking forward to seeing the finished car but sometimes it's not to be. I've seriously considered selling mine for the first time recently - the time comes to us all!
