Vin 3928 LDA38W Ollie Wilkes new purchase

Today Ollie Wilkes purchased from me LDA38W vin 3928. It was car I had since '92' and I was in the process of stripping it down and restoring it, I was making good head way with the project as I managed to separate the body from the chassis in just under 5 years. As many of you will know when you have a family, a child, a home and a job, hobbies have to go on the back burner for a while. So Ollie approached me about taking the project on, and I let the car go to him.
This was Tony's idea, and a good idea to start off Ollie's blog page for the restoration of LDA38W. I would love for him to complete it to it's former glory and gets her road worthy again, and enjoys what the owners of these cars already enjoy....................................like me hours of misery Only Joking Ollie.
Here are few pictures to kick start this thread off, I hope Ollie continues to add more pictures as the restoration progresses, and I'm sure many members will help him with any dilemma's he encounters during his restoration.

A big thank you to Uncle Tone, who as ever came to our aid to help us move it onto the transporter, his help was invaluable as ever!!! FYI he shops at Next as well!!!

Big thanks to TT for his help making sure once it was on the truck we could get it off the other end.
Really appriciate J for selling me the car, can't wait to get started on it! It's tucked up in a new heated garage and I'm hoping we will speparating the tub from the chassis next week.
Will definitely keep uploading photos and am sure I'll be asking lots of questions and for parts.

Looking forward to having a few of beers in June!
