Looks good Jason. Thats kind of what I was thinking about doing to mine then didn't bother in the end. I could always do it another time if I've still got the car ;)

I recon if you had some of those made up you could sell them as a complete kit to bolt on. I recon they would be snapped up as its a better solution than Ed's IMO.

I probably would have done it if i was still at Dagenham , we had a Gantry laser there, so we could do all sorts of fabrication.....................shame they shut it down, and although I'm still in a very good job, I haven't got access to all that equipment anymore

Nicky honey, I knew you would like this mod. And you know you don't really steer a Delorean, more aiming it when your driving, well when I fitted these lower track arms/wishbone arrangement, because the arms were now fixed at 2 points rather than one, the anti-roll bar pulled it all in tight. it goes round roundabouts alot better now!!!

I certainly do Jay, great stuff.

On the original steering you've got to steer it like you're in water. Treat the wheel like it's connected to a rudder ;)

Sounds good, it would be great to be able to get a load of plates made up which you could buy an take straight to a welder to install.

I'm not one to bang my own drum.................erm well I do sometimes, but this little mod changed the cars steering so much, I was so pleased with myself that every time I talk about it I give myself a little chubby!!!

and my mum reckons I'm sensible!!!

agreed! And with laser cut lca reinforcement plates, I think this would be a great improvement.

Any up-date on these?
How have the worked/felt over a longer term?
Any progress with the laser cutting?
