Spotted Rickmansworth!

Pleasantly surprised to see another Delorean in my area. Assume this is a new car as no plates but looke cooler than a penguins pecker. Thick stripe below the trim line and another stripe above it. About 4pm by Rickmansworth train station, have it a beep and thumbs up from my Discovery.

I thought a Spotted Rickmansworth was a type of bird.....

I saw a car recently with both stripes but can't think where!
