Well I eventually got the side windows out :-). Hopefully I will never be involved in taking out another window ever again - what a pain. After trying numerous ways of trying to cut through the black silicon I found the easiest way was to heat the silicon up with a hair dryer and then cut through it with a Stanley knife. 3 hours, 7 blades and knackered hands later the windows are all out unmarked :-).

Yes especially when another removal method would have taken me about 5 seconds :D

Just a bit of an update on my replica BTTF project for any one interested. I have developed the time machine parts both interior and exterior as a kit that can be removed and returned make to stock within 30mins.
