Who is it then? Who got Video Butthead to create them both? :)

Why would you spend all that money to have not one, but two time machines made, but not even have them both made with the correct bonnet style?

It's interesting that these builds, amongst others, are still being done this late on, so close to "the magic date". People are obviously considering they will still be good business propositions even after 2015. It'll be interesting to find out if the hype continues, or dies, at least partly if not almost fully.

Luke, this might be the guy we discussed a while back?
He has all three time machines and is going to rent them out on a self drive basis?

Aye I think it is. Mr Haworth and I had a nice chat and I believe it's Glen Hale. Hiring them SELF DRIVE  . As I said on another post, disaster written all over it. That will end in tears 100%.

Yup I agree. Mikes time machine gets away with it as he can return it to stock, but for drilling and doing them 'properly', it's foolish as part of the resale value is the intricacies such as Oct 81, grey 5 speed Manual etc.

I very very very much doubt that lol. Glen?! Are you serious?!

The guy is a guy called David in Cheshire who is doing 1 of each (3 versions!!) for (allegedly) self drive hire - I would say that is the most likely explanation. He had one car having work done in Southampton recently - this *could* be the other two. Or it could be yet 2 more.

Ah ok! My bad (or should I say Daves) :D

Does anyone have contact details for this David by any chance? I'd like to have a chat with him

I think the confusion comes from this David coming from the town of "Hale" lol. His surname is "Golding" - I don't think anyone has publicly available contact details.

Bit of Googling - https://twitter.com/davidjgolding - that is him.

You should try Googling "DBros". That's fun too.
